Whether it’s acquiring new job skills like operating weighing machines or pallet jacks, obtaining a forklift license, or developing skills for transitioning to mainstream employment, we’ll support you every step of the way.
These support service is designed for individuals who are currently employed but may require additional assistance to perform their job tasks independently or need regular guidance and encouragement to stay focused, communicate effectively, or manage their behaviours at work. Support can be provided either one-on-one or in a group setting, complementing the existing support from employers. These supports are tailored to meet individual needs and may include various interventions such as on-the-job assessments, personalised training, and ongoing supervision to ensure meaningful participation in the workplace. We also offer assistance with personal care, managing complex needs, and non-face-to-face activities directly related to maintaining employment.
